Uganda netball team, the She Cranes are in seventh place on the recently published World Netball rankings.
She Cranes were replaced from sixth place by Wales’ Feathers, who moved from ninth to sixth place due to their consistent involvement in international test matches last year.
“Ranking is based on how many international ranking games you have played in a particular time. The requirement is that a country has to play 8 International ranking games in 4 years,” Netball Uganda president Jocelyn Ucanda says.
For now, the She Cranes will look forward to the Spar Challenge Cup in South Africa in October and the Africa Netball Cup in Malawi in November 1-10, 2025.
